Provides seven days. We conduct the  initial assessment and develop the improvement strategy plan designed specifically  for your school. We conduct 6 visits to direct implementation. Dr. Boykins will conduct a large group Staff Development Session “Creating Breeding Ground for Success—Step by Step Strategies will be shared (approx. 3 hrs).

Plan B.....Cost $4,500

 Dr. Boykins-Cost: $4,500(plus expenses).   

Provides four days.  We conduct the  initial assessment and develop the improvement strategy plan designed specifically  for your school. We conduct 3 visits to direct implementation. Dr. Boykins will conduct a large group Staff Development Session “Creating Breeding Ground for Success—Step by Step Strategies will be shared (approx. 3 hrs).

 Plan C....Cost $1,300

 Full Day Workshop w/ Dr. Boykins-Cost:  $1,300 (plus expenses).  

Provides an initial assessment and Dr. Boykins will conduct a large group Staff Development Session “Creating Breeding Ground for Success—Step by Step Strategies will be shared.  (approx. 4-5 hrs session). This is excellent for staff returning from the summer or for staff retreats; very motivational.
